Young Men of Value Incorporated
Building Character, Developing Leaders, Transforming Lives

What We Do
Young Men of Value is a non-profit organization established in 2017 in Dover, Delaware, founded under the visionary leadership of the late Bishop Norman Hutchins. We recognized a critical need in our community: young men with immense potential but lacking a dedicated space to refine their character and discover their true worth. Our mission is to provide guidance and support to families of young men ranging from 6 to 18 years old, bridging the gap between potential and opportunity through mentorship rooted in sound biblical principles.
We stand for integrity, resilience, and purpose—teaching young men to do what is right, turn setbacks into setups for success, and discover their unique calling. We aren’t just a program; we are a brotherhood. We understand that the transition from boyhood to manhood is one of life’s most critical journeys, and we ensure that no young man has to walk that path alone. Through our comprehensive approach to spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical development, we aim to be a solution for those who are lost and broken, providing the map and compass they need to navigate the complexities of modern life.
